This leaflet highlights that making physical activity part of your daily life is easier than you think. Readers are encouraged to take part in physical activity with guidelines of 150 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity across the week; at the same time providing tips on how to get moving throughout the day by building up blocks of ten minutes or more of different activities.
